How Staffing with PC works
At Powelson Consulting, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional staffing services that make the hiring process as seamless and hassle-free as possible.
All of our staffing services are annually contracted, and we send weekly invoices to our clients for ease of billing. After the first year of service, we offer multiyear discounts to further benefit our clients. Our start of service timeframe is typically 2 weeks after contract signing, as this allows us time to locate, vet, hire, and onboard new PCWorkforce members for our clients' open roles. However, if expedited staffing is needed, please speak with your account manager.
One of the biggest benefits of working with us is that we take care of all the HR and payroll headaches, freeing up our clients to focus on running their businesses. We provide time-keeping tools for our PCWorkforce members, but we can also incorporate our clients' timekeeping methods if preferred. We charge a $1000.00 annual fee and provide billing at a flat rate of $7.50 per hour over the regular hourly staff members' pay for all industries.
To ensure the highest level of service, our internal leadership team maintains digital contact with all PCWorkforce members via a private chat server. Our clients are provided access to this chat for team use, monitoring, or communications. This allows us to quickly praise strong performance and reprimand poor behaviors, providing the checks and balances needed for successful business.
Additionally, because our PCWorkforce members are employed by Powelson Consulting, our clients may be able to reduce or eliminate their worker's comprehensive insurance.
